ITINERARY –

Day 1: GUWAHATI AIRPORT / RLY STN– SHILLONG (130 KMS / 3 hrs drive)

Arrival at Guwahati airport or Rly station & drive to Shillong.

Enroute visit Umium Lake. Check in Hotel. If time permits visit Ward’s Lake.

Overnight at Shillong.

Day 2: SHILLONG – CHERRAPUNJEE (60 KMs / 2 hrs-One way)

Today morning after breakfast excursion to Cherrapunjee.

Visit DwanSyiem view point, Noh kalikai falls, Mawsmai caves, Seven Sister falls, Eco park etc.

Check in hotel. Overnight in Cherrapunjee.

Day 3: CHERRAPUNJEE – NONGRIAT TREK DOUBLE DECKER BRIDGE

After breakfast we proceed for a full day trekking to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge at Nongriat Village.

We have to trek down 3200 steps approximately each way to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge (7 hours trek). Evening return back to Cherrapunji.

Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.

Day 4: CHERRAPUNJEE – DAWKI – MAWLYNNONG (85 KMs / 3 hrs-One way)

After breakfast drive from Cherrapunjee to Mawllynnong Village.

Mawlynnong/Mawlynnong Village located in the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya, also referred as ‘God’s own garden’ has won the acclaim of being the cleanest village in Asia in 2003. The village known for its cleanliness is located around 90 kms from Shillong and is a community based eco-tourism initiative.

The community has made collective effort to maintain the ambience of a clean village.

The village offers picturesque natural beauty, a trek to the Single Decker living root bridge at a neighbouring village Riwai.

The village also offers a sight of natural balancing rock, a strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock.

Visit Dawki, the Bangladesh Border (Tamabil Border from Bangladesh side). Main attraction is the Umgot river with crystal clear water .

You can enjoy along boat ride there, payment will be direct. Check in hotel. Check in Hotel.

Overnight at Dawki.

Day 5: DAWKI – LAITLUM CANYONS – JOWAI – SHILLONG (65 KMs / 2 ½ hrs-One way)

Early morning after breakfast visit Laitlum Canyons, a wonderful spot covered in mystical mist and fog.

The view point is one of the most popular and sought after attractions for adventure and nature lovers.

Later drive to Jowai. Visit KrangSuri Falls. Later drive back to Shillong.

Overnight at Shillong.

Day 6: SHILLONG – MAWPHLONG – SHILLONG (118 KMs / 3 ½hrs-One way))

Early morning after breakfast drive to visit Mawphlang Sacred Forest.

Later drive to Shillong. Overnight at Shillong.

Day 7: SHILLONG – GUWAHATI AIRPORT / RLY STATION DEPARTURE (130 Kms / 3 Hrs)

Today morning after breakfast transfer to Guwahati airport or Railway station.

Reservation & Confirmation Policy:

• At least 50% advance of the total amount for the confirmation and balance 50% 15 days before check-in.
• Bookings made less than 15 days before the check-in date should be accompanied by full payment only.
• Full Payment mandatory before check-in. (no payments are entertained at the property unless any extra service or deposit )
• Scanned Copy of Govt. Approved ID Card of Booking person mandatory while booking. (Pan Cards are not accepted).

Cancellation Policy:

• Booking canceled is not refundable.
• Booking canceled between the date of booking & 15 Days before check-in – A credit note(email) worth 90% of the amount paid will be issued which can be used within two months from the cancellation date for future rebooking of the same property except on Public Holidays & Peak Season (Month of December).
• Bookings canceled between 15 days till the day of check-in or No Show: Cancellation Charge is 100% of the Package Cost.
